Bach
An idyllic village in the Tyrolean Lech Valley
The waters of the Lech river have a beautiful turquoise colour. The river has been allowed to flow freely and find its natural course through the Lech River Natural Park. The idyllic village of Bach is found right in the middle of the nature park. Visitors come here to enjoy the peace and quiet but at the same time there are lots of things for them to do in the surrounding areas.
There is a skilift in the village called the Jöchelspitze which has recently been modernised with a brand new gondola lift and has good ski slopes for all the family. Bach also has a heated outdoor pool with new tennis courts and a paragliding flying school. There are also many hiking trails and day trip options nearby where you can appreciate the beauty of the mountains. In winter there is a cross-country ski trail just a few meters in front of the house.
The Lechtal Alps are well known for ski touring and it’s only a 25 minute drive up to the world-famous Lech/Warth ski resort with its direct ski connection to St. Anton.
